Dr. Ardis provides the Triple A Option “Ardis Advocacy Advice” $390* (Video review including 90 minutes of Advocacy time to discuss your health concerns as well as put everything together for Dr Ardis and the video review.

After ordering 'Triple A' Option - you will receive an email with the relevant forms to complete and next steps. After you complete the Time Saver form, you will get set up with an advocate to complete the comprehensive assessment in order to provide needed information for a review with a personal video to be completed per client.
