At Graith Care, we recognize and observe the following U.S. holidays:
 

  • New Year’s Day

  • Good Friday

  • Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day


During these holidays, our team may have limited availability.
 

Planning Ahead for Support
 

If you anticipate needing advocacy support during holidays or outside of standard hours, we strongly encourage you to:
 

  • Maintain an active Graith Care account

  • Keep time banked on your account for immediate access to support


After-Hours & Holiday Support
 

Graith Care does offer After Hours services for clients who need support during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
 

Please note:
 

  • If you already have an established account and available time, we can assist you more quickly

  • If services are purchased during off-hours and you do not have an existing case, you will need to complete the intake process first

  • This may result in a delay in being matched with an advocate
