The Triple A upgrade includes 30 minutes face to face virtual visit with Dr. Ardis and your advocate, The advocate will ensure that all information for the review gets to Dr. Ardis prior to virtual visit so he can have an education and information ready. Post virtual visit the advocate will make a follow up call. Advocate time for pre virtual  visit, during visits and post virtual visit are included.
